St George Customers Tribute

Here are some pictures showing long established customers who my father and I visited in January 2009. Some of these customers have been with St George for over 20 years and we have many not pictured here who have been with us for over 10 years. We want to dedicate this page to all of them and say THANK YOU. We value every single one of our customers and owe our success in business to their hard work, loyalty and dedication in their own business. In January 2009 the iconic Centrepoint complex closed down! It was built in 1981 and one of St Georges first customers Sidewalk Café, was there from the beginning. Owners Duke Kontopos and Mike Aspros were quite saddened by this closure after 28 years (so were we!). For their business to survive and flourish through the ups and downs of the Sydney marketplace is an amazing reflection of the kind of dedication and skills needed in the food industry. Congratulations and Goodbye old Centrepoint.
