Of course, we will accept the return of any goods delivered to our customers if we’ve made a mistake.
Do you no longer need the items?
We also accept the return of goods if they are no longer required. All we ask is that the goods are returned in good condition and be appropriately stored by the customer according to the food safety requirements in the chiller, freezer or dry conditions, as appropriate.
Frozen items
Food safety is our top priority. That’s why we can’t accept the return of a frozen item if it’s been defrosted.
